For those couples who do not wish to take advantage of our full planning or design service, our WHITE PAGES is a revolutionary and extremely affordable tool to help with the planning of your wedding within the Dumfries & Galloway region and beyond.

This directory has the full details of suppliers offering a wide range of services from couture wedding gowns to florists, jewellery designers to make up artists, these are the suppliers we use on a daily basis and are recommended to you due to their consistently high standard of service and attention to detail. In addition to their contact details, suppliers have included an offer or discount on their services which is exclusive to Charlotte Boyd Events, this can mean a saving for you of several hundred pounds.

Although many wedding venues now provide a list of their 'recommended suppliers' these are often based on relationships a particular venue has developed with their supplier over many years and may not be based on their ability to provide an above average service, with the WHITE PAGES you can be sure that the suppliers listed are in our opinion the best around.

POST WEDDING CARE PACKAGE


When the excitement of the big day has passed, reality can hit hard, to help minimise the post wedding blues and keep you on cloud 9 for as long as possible, Charlotte Boyd Events has introduced our exclusive Post Wedding Aftercare package.
This package ensures you and your new partner can enjoy the newlywed glow for longer without having to worry about the practical side after the wedding, WE look after the occasionally overlooked jobs which can be left to family members at the last minute and can result in unneeded stress and upset.

With the highest level of care and consideration we will arrange for the following:-


Delivery of official paperwork with the relevant registry office, as this paperwork must be handed in within 3 days of the wedding it is usually left to an unsuspecting friend or family member, having to find the relevant town and then to locate the registry office itself can sometime prove very stressful to someone who does not live locally - we of course will take care of this for you leaving you to relax worry free on your honeymoon. Dry cleaning of the precious dress. Ensuring the fabric will stand the test of time and can be brought out to reminise or even to pass down the generations.
The dress will be professionally cleaned to the highest standards and manufacturers instructions then placed in a specialised box in acid free paper which will not tarnish or mark the delicate fabrics. (Available locally)

Return of hire items including mens attire, centrepieces and stands, hats or any unusual or heavy items which cannot be simply posted back. (Available locally)

Thank you notes to be printed and posted, these can be personally written by you and given to us to be posted while you are on honeymoon or can be a general thank you for attending our wedding day.

Clean up of ceremony or reception sites. Following your celebrations the image the next day presents can often be worse than expected. The tables will no doubt not be the picture of perfection they were the previous day, the cake will be cut, cards and gifts opened and flowers being left to wilt. We will step in and ensure full venue clearance.
We will collect all leftover items from your tables including the favours and flowers which you have had many a sleepless night over. We will collect the cake and deliver it to an address supplied by you allowing it to be enjoyed with a cup of tea the following day.
All cards and gifts can be stored safely until your return from honeymoon or dropped at your house, saving space in the car.
Often items can be left by guests such as cameras, phones, hats and handbags, if we find these we will report them to you and your guests can collect them from us at an arranged time. (Available locally)

Airport drop off and collection, this can often be a job given to the best man or member of family however we can arrange for you and your luggage to be dropped off at the airport and collected again on your return enabling you to enjoy the journey without the stress of car parking, rush hour or fitting everything in the car. To continue the sense of occasion why not have a limo or luxury car and enjoy a glass of bubbly on the way to your long awaited honeymoon with plenty of room for your lugagge and leg room. It may take time to get used to your new name, however the legal documents dont have the patience required. Thats why we will aid and advise you on all necessary name change documents you must complete, ensuring you are all legal and above board.

What better way to announce your unity to the world, than with a photograph of you both looking your best in the local newspaper. We can arrange with your photographer for a photo to be sent to a paper and printed for all your family and friends to enjoy.

There is much more to a marriage then just a wedding, thats why we will be there after the big day to help and support you, you will even receive a voucher for one of the regions top photographers to celebrate with a portrait session your anniversary, existing children or any 'future arrivals'.
